Stable Diffusion is the family of open-weight diffusion models from Stability AI, from SD 1.5 through SDXL and Stable Diffusion 3.5. The weights run locally on consumer GPUs, and a huge ecosystem of fine-tunes, LoRAs, and UIs has grown around them.

Stability also offers hosted APIs and a commercial license for larger companies.
