ZeroDirs AI Tools (https://demo.zerodirs.com) is a directory of tools. This page explains what information the site handles, why, and what choices you have. The short version: browsing is anonymous, and we only store what you type into a form.
Browsing the site
Pages are static files served by Cloudflare. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Your light/dark theme choice is kept in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device. Cloudflare may process connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site; see the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Outbound link counts
When you follow a link from a tool page to its website, the site records that a click happened so we can show which tools are popular. The count is stored per tool and per day only; no IP address, user identifier or browser fingerprint is kept.
Submitting a tool
The submission form asks for the tool's website and description and for your e-mail address. We use the e-mail address to tell you whether the tool was approved and to answer questions about the submission. Submitted tool details are published on the site once approved; your e-mail address is not published. Submission records are kept while the tool is listed and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and abuse prevention.
Payments
Paid options are handled by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages. We never see or store your card details; we receive from Stripe only a confirmation of payment, the amount and the e-mail address you used, which we keep with the submission. See the Stripe privacy policy.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter we store your e-mail address to send it. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove your address at any time.
Transactional e-mail
E-mails about submissions and payments are sent through a third-party delivery service acting on our behalf, which processes your address only to deliver the message.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers named above, as needed to run the site, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to remove a tool you submitted, by writing to hi@demo.zerodirs.com. We answer within 30 days.
Changes
Updates to this policy are posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Use of the site is also governed by the Terms of Service.
